    This form is not to assist with a retail return/refund, or to begin a warranty claim.

       
    Most authorized retailers are responsible for servicing their consumer claims. This includes retail specific terms and conditions regarding your warranty claim. The agreements Serta Simmons Bedding has with these retailers restrict our team's ability to override final decisions.


    We cannot guarantee a specific outcome. This form is intended for your retailer to be notified of your feedback and to request a re-evaluation.
