Warranty Registration
We now offer online warranty registration that can be used by all Serta customers in order to register recent mattress purchases. Currently, we have specific portals set up for a few retailers listed below:
Sam's Club
Walmart
Big Lots
In the event you ordered from a different retailer (including serta.com), or you can't find your product in the above portals for those retailers, you can instead submit through this National portal.
Keep in mind that while this step helps get your mattress registered, this does not replace your proof of purchase or the law tags on your mattress. In the event a warranty claim is needed in the future, both the law tag and proof of purchase would be required to submit a warranty claim.
Please note, after submitting your information, you may be prompted to provide a product review. While this is optional, we'd greatly appreciate any feedback you'd like to share on your product."
How do I make a warranty claim?
For Mattress Warranty:
Most of our retail partners handle warranties directly for products purchased through them. For that reason, we recommend contacting your retailer directly first for warranty assistance.
**Mattress Firm is one of our retail partners who opts to handle all claims directly. You can reach out to them via phone at 877-384-2903 or start a claim at their website here.
There are some instances where we may handle claims directly for our partners:
-If your retailer has closed or gone out of business or
-If you've moved out of your retailer's service area
For the above 2 situations, or if your retailer has referred you to contact Serta directly, please fill out our warranty form.
Note that for any claim submission, we require both a copy of the proof of purchase & a photo of the law tag. If those cannot both be provided, your claim may be denied.
For Non-Mattresses:
Claim processes can differ since there are many Serta products made by license partners. These products are manufactured by a third-party partner, who handle warranty claims directly for those items.
If you purchased a non-mattress item, please check the product tag for the manufacturer and reach out to the corresponding manufacturer in the table below for further assistance. Note: Licensed partners are responsible for warranty service, so if you reach out directly to your retailer, or to Serta, you will be redirected you to the proper licensee. To reduce the likelihood of being redirected, be sure to locate your product tag and warranty information before reaching out.
