During the Promotion Period, Purchasers must visit https://forms.sertasimmons.com/241570853500047 (the “Website”) and complete all required registration information including uploading a photo of your purchase receipt, including the date and product name/SKU and enter the unique Law Tag number from your product's Law Tag. Upon completion of the registration form you will receive your “Gift with Purchase”. Gift with purchase will be shipped to address provided within approximately 4-6 weeks after receipt of approval by Sponsor and while supplies last. The Offer is valid only for consumer use, not for resale or for commercial or reseller accounts. Purchases made via any other seller, retailer or platform are excluded from the Promotion.
